How can we come prepared for visa assistance?

You should apply for Visa at the earliest, Indian Embassy may take time to complete formalities and to issue visa Please email or message me the picture of your and the attendant’s Passport (page with Passport number and your details on it) We will help you in arranging visa and Assistance in obtaining a visa invitation letter to visit the recommended hospital for a visa. Medical visa is for the patient and for the accompanying attendant. As medical attendants, the patient will be accompanied by a maximum of two family members or close associates. Medical attendants will need to apply for a ‘Medical Attendant Visa’ separately. The patient and medical personnel can submit authentic Yellow Fever and Oral Polio Vaccination certificates.

Can we make payment to the hospital?

Payment is made directly to the hospital Payment can be made either through credit card or cash on arrival or wire transfer. You can also transfer money to hospital in advance We can also assist you with money transfer during your stay in India through channels like Western Union, etc.

Will you help us with accommodation arrangement?

We will assist you in arranging accommodation near hospital as per your preference/budget. Decent accommodation nearby hospitals starts from INR 2000-2500 per room per night. Room can accommodate 2 people easily. We will share the links and pictures of guest house to chose before arrival. Most guest houses allows you to use their kitchen if you wish to cook for yourself. Our representative can help you with grocery shopping and your other daily needs.

How does e-concierge service work?

CNEF Medical Manager will be your Point of contact (POC) throughout the entire stay in the hospital for all non-medical assistance like registration, admission, billing, discharge formalities, Sim card, mobile, hotel/guesthouse accommodation etc. Patient should carry the photocopy of their passport as a proof of identity.

How can you support us with currency exchange?

Our representative will assist you in Currency exchange You get better exchange rates at the hospitals/ near your guest houses as opposed to airports exchange prices.

How can we be prepared for statutory by Hospital?

Please carry 10 or more passport size photographs for each person which would be required for visa formalities, FRRO and for buying a local Sim. Any charges to be paid for obtaining Visa will be borne by the patient.
